2. Products & Availability

  • We work with third-party suppliers to fulfill orders (dropshipping model). As a result, product images, descriptions, and delivery times are provided by our suppliers and may occasionally vary slightly from the final item.
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.
  • Prices are listed in AED & USD and may change without notice. The price charged is the one shown at checkout.

3. Orders & Payment

  • By placing an order, you confirm the information you provide (name, address, contact details) is accurate and complete.
  • Payment is required in full at checkout via our supported payment methods.
  • An order confirmation email does not guarantee acceptance — we reserve the right to cancel and refund an order if the product becomes unavailable or pricing was listed incorrectly.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Because items ship from supplier warehouses, delivery times may range from 5-8 business days depending on the product and destination.
  • Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delays caused by customs, weather, or courier issues are outside our control.
  • Risk of loss passes to you once the item is delivered to the shipping address provided.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Refund & Return Policy, available on our website, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • You agree to provide a valid delivery address and be reachable for delivery coordination.
  • You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose or to submit false order information.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including logos, text, and images — is owned by or licensed to AB Essentials and may not be copied or reused without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, AB Essentials is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our site or products, beyond the value of the order in question. This does not affect any rights you have under UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 (Consumer Protection Law), which cannot be excluded.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent UAE courts.
